The 3 phases of the production of our chocolate:
MIXING
Mixing phase of the various ingredients such as: Cocoa Paste, Sugar, Spices, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pistachio, Walnuts and natural flavourings.
TEMPERATURE
The cocoa mass is melted at a maximum temperature of 45°, after which we move on to the tempering phase.
FORMING
After tempering, the chocolate is placed in molds to make it take the desired shape.
Once cooled it is removed from the molds and prepared for packaging.
