The materials used for packaging in our products are recycled cardboard.
Specific products are used for packaging, such as double-wave cardboard, bubble wrap and cubed polystyrene, to ensure maximum safety.
Shipments are made throughout Italy.
Up to a purchase of €20.00 shipping costs €6.90, up to a purchase of €80.00 shipping costs €11.90, up to a purchase of €150.00 shipping costs €15.90 and with a purchase of over €150.00 shipping is free throughout Italy.
Please note: for lava stone tables there is always a supplement for shipping costs.
These shipping rates are valid for Italy, with the exception of Sardinia, Minor Islands and Disadvantaged Areas which have a higher cost.
For shipping costs to other countries, request a quote via email.

If the product is in limited availability, you may receive emails that the item is out of stock.
Delivery times
The order is processed the next working day after the date of receipt.
If the item is available the package will leave within 4 working days from the order date.

Upon delivery, it is important to check and immediately report to the carrier any imperfections and/or damage to the packaging.

The use of cash on delivery (valid only in Italy) increases the amount of the order with the contribution for the courier. Cash on delivery requires the payment of the entire amount of the order IN CASH to be paid directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
ATTENTION: FOR LARGE ORDERS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY.
In these cases you will be contacted by our staff to establish an alternative payment method. In case of no response from the customer, the order will be canceled within 48 hours.
