Specific packaging materials, such as double-wall cardboard, bubble wrap, and cubed polystyrene, are used to ensure maximum safety.
Shipments are made throughout Italy.
Shipping costs €6.90 for orders over €20.00, €11.90 for orders over €80.00, €15.90 for orders over €150.00, and shipping is free throughout Italy.
Please note: Lava stone tables always incur a shipping surcharge.
These shipping rates are valid for Italy, with the exception of Sardinia, the Minor Islands, and Disadvantaged Areas, which have a higher cost.

Delivery times
The order is processed the next working day after receipt.
If the item is available, the package will leave within 4 working days from the order date.

Checking the goods received
All our shipments are insured, so please check the package upon receipt and report any damage with attached photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon delivery, it is important to check and immediately report to the carrier any imperfections and/or damage to the packaging.

Using cash on delivery (valid only in Italy) increases the order amount by a courier fee. Cash on delivery requires payment of the entire order amount IN CASH directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

In these cases, our staff will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. If the customer does not respond, the order will be canceled within 48 hours.
