- 1 kg artisanal dove covered with chocolate cream and flakes of Modica PGI chocolate;
- Chocolate Cream Squeezer of 190gr.
Craftsmanship as tradition commands. Starting from the dough: the use of carefully selected raw materials, from free-range eggs to premium quality butter. This is followed by a slow leavening of 36 hours which gives the product a soft and delicate consistency. Finally, the contrast with our chocolate cream will sweeten your parties like never before!
Ingredients: type “0” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast powder (contains: soft wheat flour), wheat gluten, brewer's yeast, salt, flavourings. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, mustard and peanuts.
Icing - Ingredients: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin.
Decoration - Ingredients: Chocolate of Modica PGI 60% cocoa without flavorings - 3% min (60% cocoa paste, sugar).
Each package contains a squeezer with cocoa cream. Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm, sunflower, shea, rapeseed, in variable proportions), low-fat cocoa powder 20%, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, mustard and peanuts.
Storage method: keep in a cool and dry place.
Product subject to natural weight loss. Upon opening, consume quickly (5 days)
