Wild fennel grows spontaneously in the Sicilian mountains.
There it is collected and processed, through a slow infusion of pure alcohol.
Emerald in color, tending toward topaz as the months pass. It's a liqueur with bold characteristics: enveloping on the nose, aromatic, and long-lasting on the palate.
NOTE
On its own, it is an excellent digestive with the scent of Sicily.
Recommended after a large meal, it is also excellent for use in mixology thanks to its strong notes and pungent body.
