Wild fennel grows spontaneously in the Sicilian mountains.
There it is harvested and processed through a slow alcoholic infusion.
Emerald color, tending to topaz as the months go by. It is a liqueur with decisive features: enveloping on the nose, aromatic and long-lasting on the palate.
NOTE
In purity it is an excellent digestive that smells of Sicily.
Indicated after an important meal, it is also excellent for use in mixology thanks to its marked notes and its pungent body.
