PRODUCTION AREA: Western Sicily, in the area envisaged by the Regulations for the production of Marsala wine, Law 851 of 11/28/1984.
VINIFICATION: Slow and at controlled temperature. Wine alcohol is added to the base wine obtained to obtain the alcohol content of 18% Vol.
AGEING: Over 3 years in oak barrels.
ANALYTICAL DATA: Alcohol 18% Vol. – Sugars 2%.
Colour gold.
BOUQUET: Intense and characteristic.
TASTE: Delicate.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Ambient or very cold.
WINE PAIRING: Meditation wine.
