The highly fragrant Bulgarian rose petals, infused in high-quality alcohol and subjected to a long maceration, are the essential ingredient of this Rosolio.

Produced using exquisitely artisanal methods, taken from an ancient recipe, it retains all the fragrance of the newly bloomed rose and acquires a sweet and delicate flavour.

It is irreplaceable in the preparation of refined cocktails such as the ' S.Valentino 's Cocktail' and is also excellent as a dessert liqueur.
