The 3 Phases of the production of our chocolate:
MIXING
Mixing phase of the various ingredients such as: Cocoa Paste, Sugar, Spices, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts and Natural Flavors.
TEMPERING
The cocoa mass is melted at a maximum temperature of 45°, after which the tempering phase begins.
FORMING
After tempering, the chocolate is placed in molds to give it the desired shape.
Once cooled, it is removed from the molds and prepared for packaging.
