It is a mead of exceptional quality, produced with Sicilian Black Bee honey, obtained respecting the rules of tradition and ancient family recipes.
Chestnut honey mead similar to a meditation wine with bitter notes.
Any deposits on the bottom do not affect the quality of the product but are an indication of authenticity.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8°.
Excellent pairings with cheeses, cured meats, desserts, dry pastries, chocolate and dried fruit.
Perfect as an accompaniment to meats or as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
