Soil: The grapes come from the Castelvetrano area a few meters above sea level, rich in organic matter, it has a medium-textured structure tending towards sandy.
Harvest: Harvested exclusively by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day.
Vinification: The selected grapes are subjected to maceration on the skins for about 10 days and vinified in steel vats at a constant temperature of 20°C. After natural malolactic fermentation, maturation continues in steel before bottling and aging in the bottle.
Serving temperature: 16/18°C
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol
