Grappa Nerello Mascalese, Vol. 40% - 100 ml

This Grappa comes from the most widespread grape variety in the Etna area, where it has been grown since time immemorial.

It can probably be identified with the ancient wines of Etna mentioned by Homer (wine offered by Ulysses to Polyphemus) and by Latin historians.

It is an elegant grape variety with great personality, it has an excellent structure and a high aromatic profile.

Its pomace, lightly pressed and subjected to a delicate fermentation process, is distilled in modern stills that enhance its aromatic qualities.
